Concast have successfully completed five independent Precast access cores at Penrose Quay Cork for main contractor PJ Hegarty and developer JCD. The overall project provides office accommodation totalling 250,000 sqm with stair and lift access provided by Concast cores servicing 11 floors including two basement levels. Generous floor to ceiling heights within the office accommodation required our access cores to reach heights up to 45m. Concast have completed a number of other projects for developer JCD including City Gate Park Cork and The Capitol Cork.
