Winvic were instructed by developer Mountpark to construct two adjoining distribution warehouses at Bardon Leicester. Unit 1 is a 93,000 sqm Amazon Fulfillment Centre with 80 dock levellers while Unit 2 is a smaller 28,000 sqm Eddie Stobart distribution warehouse with 36 dock levellers. Concast provided all 116 Precast dock levellers along with; insulated sandwich panel surrounds to dock bays; ground beams; retaining and service yard walls; lift shafts and stairs. Concast have worked on numerous projects with Winvic including Lidl HQ Tolworth, Co-op Biggleswade and Panattoni Luton.
