Harcourt Developments ambitious redevelopment of the Titanic Quarter provides a wide mix of building types and uses with the Titanic Belfast Visitors Attraction at the  heart of this mixed use docklands rejuvenation. Concast manufactured and installed a Precast structure incorporating 27 Y5 and YE5 bridge beams with GRC permanent formwork slabs spanning between beams. The bridge beams span 25m creating a large public plaza adjacent the Titanic Belfast Visitors Attraction. Concast have worked with Harcourt Developments on other projects including Park West Business Campus.
