Concast has successfully achieved the Achilles Building Confidence accreditation standard, having completed an online pre-qualification questionnaire and been subject to an audit. This is a supplier pre-qualification and accreditation service for the UK construction industry. Waitrose Precast Concrete Car Park, Sevenoaks, Kent

Concast were awarded the contract to provide a precast concrete car park at the  flagship Waitrose Store, at Sevenoaks Kent. RG Carter Projects choose a Precast Concrete frame for the multi-storey car park due to the quick erection program and high quality. At Sevenoaks, Concast provided a complete super-structure package. Concast were responsible for the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of the precast concrete frame and structural steel elements along with the associated structural screed.

New Asda Distribution Centre



Construction is at an advanced stage for a new state-of-the-art distribution centre for Asda at Kingsway Business Park, Rochdale.

It will be a flagship development for Asda, designed to be one of the most environmentally sustainable developments of its kind in the UK. The low carbon development comprises of 1,000,000sq ft. chilled and freezer distribution, a plant deck with associated enabling and external works, offices and new car park.
